Summer Bishil (born June 15 15, 1985) is an American actress who is best known for playing Margo in The Magicians, a Syfy show that ran between 2015 and present. Her previous role as a Lebanese American teenager Jasira that goes through an array of struggles against the backdrop of the U.S. conflict in Iraq was part of Alan Ball's movie Towelhead. Her subsequent selection as one Variety's Top 10 Actors of 2007 was also an impressive recognition. The actress also had a dramatic role in 2009's crime drama Crossing Over. For this actress, she won a nomination for an Independent Spirit Award under the category of Best Female Leading. In addition, she has appeared in movies like The Mooz-lum The Last Airbender Pop Star and Under the Silver Lake and she has appeared in a variety of guest TV roles, including acting as the co-lead for Lucky 7.
